Italian Cooking Served with Southern Hospitality

Myrtle Beach is filled with restaurants. While on your Myrtle Beach golf package or family vacation, it is easy to eat at a different location each night and try different styles of cuisine. If you like Italian, you have to visit Umberto's at Barefoot Landing for some down home, Pittsburgh family style cooking.

Umberto's has been in Myrtle Beach for many years at several locations. The Barefoot Landing restaurant offers a unique twist to your dining experience. The courses are served "family style" in large bowls that get passed around the table. Salad, soup and pasta are served before you even get your main course, which is always a large portion. In case you haven't guessed, don't eat lunch if you are going to try Umberto's. You will want to leave plenty of room for this North Myrtle Beach restaurant. Whatever you decide on for your meal, you will sleep well with a full belly once you get back to the Avista oceanfront resort.
