Myrtle Beach Golf Event for Course Specialists

Golf superintendents from around the state of South Carolina, and surrounding region, will be meeting up in Myrtle Beach for the annual Carolinas Golf Course Superintendents Association trade show and conference. The event pulls together researchers, vendors and course condition specialists to share new advancements in science and technology that may be used to better their courses, and save money. From equipment and pesticides to techniques and safety, the professional education that superintendents receive offers immediate value. Expected to be the big topic of conversation this year will be the issue of water. While much of the conference involves areas that you may not be interested in if you're just down on a Myrtle Beach golf vacation, you'll probably reap the rewards down the road via a much nicer playing ground.
