Sip-N-Dip is located on the ground floor between the outdoor pool and the beach.

Art Deco, neon-cool, and definitely "in" the moment, the Tree Top Lounge is THE place to have a drink with friends and enjoy the game, shoot some pool, or listen to tunes.

Located on the 4th floor in Avista's North Tower, this cozy bar offers drink specials and happy hour cocktails with half-priced appetizers daily from 4-6 pm, while the good times keep rollin' on well into the evening, up until 12 am.

Unwind and relax with our friendly bar staff and the variety of guests and locals who stop by to share in the good humor and fun atmosphere. Be sure to try one of the Tree Top signature beverages, including the Black Orchid, Banana Bomb, Tropical Sea or the Beach Bum.
