Warm Feet = Warm Hearts

At The Avista Resort, we're proud to show our love for our community by supporting local causes that make a difference. This winter, we've partnered with Horry County Feet in Need to collect socks for those in need.

Socks are one of the most requested items by individuals facing homelessness and financial hardship, and together, we can help provide warmth and comfort to those who need it most. To contribute, simply drop off new socks of any size in the donation box located in our lobby.

We’re excited to introduce a fun and energizing way to stay active during your stay at The Avista Resort—our new weekly Aqua Aerobics Class! Held every Tuesday morning in our indoor main pool, this class is perfect for guests of all fitness levels.

Led by our loyal and talented instructor, Katherine Putnam, Aqua Aerobics combines gentle resistance with water’s natural buoyancy to create a workout that’s both effective and easy on the joints.
