Deposit Policy:
A 1 night deposit is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a fee of $30 or 10% of the deposit, whichever is higher. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit 1 night.
Changes:
No changes are to be made within 2 weeks of arriving.
Early Check-Outs:
There are no refunds for checking out early.
Room Numbers:
Room numbers are determined on date of arrival.
